10th Annual Intensive Training with Zola Dubnikova

Feminine Alchemy • Temple Arts • Sacred Dance • Dance Medicine

4-weeks. 130-hour intensive training

18 January – 14 February 2027

“This is a call for women to know and believe in the holiness of their bodies, the sacredness of their dance & the power of their voice….”

We gather once again for an immersive training to explore the magic, depth, and transformative power of the SOMA ▽ Feminine Alchemy practices and the Holistic Dance Language with internationally renowned teacher and visionary, Zola Dubnikova.

Often described as “the art of reincarnating in the same body,” Zola’s work invites profound personal transformation through embodied practice. For those who are willing to step fully into the journey, this training offers a deeply intimate, life-changing experience—one that awakens greater presence, freedom, and connection to the wisdom of the body.

A meeting of sacred tradition, contemporary movement awareness and cutting edge somatic practice dedicated to the empowerment of women worldwide.

“The female species carries an immense unrealized power – the potential to heal this world from the inside out. We need only to remember and reclaim our powers.  When we reclaim this potential and remember our deepest inherent gifts, peace & harmony are at humanity’s fingertips.”

Drawing from the Past to Pave the Way Forward
Many of us on the path of feminine awakening turn toward ancient wisdom to find our way toward deeper embodiment and sexual sovereignty. Yet the old ways do not completely fit our contemporary needs as modern women.  That said, it is important to understand that the roots of this work are sourced in ancient traditions passed on for centuries.  The forms have naturally shifted, and evolved, yet the origins of transmission, traditional inspiration and dedicated learning structures are grounded in ancient wisdom paradigms.

I understand now that my entire life I was inadvertently searching to piece together a lost collective lineage of feminine wisdom.  In doing so, I reclaimed my own power as a woman and a human being.  Remembering the wisdom of the peaceful tribal matriarchal societies, while leaving behind dogmas that no longer serve, has been essential. Reclaiming a deep sense of embodiment and accessing multiple intelligences through the body, an evolutionary system emerged in the form of a new language accessible to all humans.  The practice and cultivation of this living transmission became SOMA The School of  Mystery, Sacred Dance & Feminine Alchemy.

All of my intensive studies, initiations, curiosity, journeys into different realities and experiences over the last few decades, set a trajectory in motion toward what would become the birth of this new lineage. Originally it was a simple traveling school of dance, where I’d open courses wherever I happened to be traveling.  Eventually it took on a life of its own, and became this new lineage of embodied spirituality which draws from wisdom of the ancient world, yet is particularly relevant for women of today.   Ultimately the  practices contained in this work are an invitation to a mass collective shift in consciousness, and a lifestyle choice for each participant.  Through this learning community and sisterhood, thousands of women have been served to step into their sovereignty and truth, initiated into their ancient-future innate power.

If you feel the call, you will feel it… We welcome you

We all have something powerful to say, to give.

When we are in tune with the rhythms of the earth, with our inner rhythm,

We know how to walk on the edge of time and worlds.

Earth, Mother.

The deep support underneath our own feet.

Woman,

the mystical force from which we all come.

Earth,

who nourishes us,

who hosts us  unconditionally.

Woman,

the life giver,

the peacemaker,

and the portal to the other side.

Dear beings, across time and worlds, it is time for us all  to Return to the Temple.

Further, we develop the ability to use our tools to alchemize the very shadows which have weighed us down and as a result, become a great source of our strength, wisdom and power.

Daily Temple Life & Living Feminine Culture

When we do the practices of this work together on a daily basis, we begin to feel a new way of life emerging from which we would never wish to return.

Combined with dietary awareness, sustainable lifestyle, strong physical practice, transformative spiritual discipline, and supported by a hand-selected core support team, within a circle of powerful women gathered from around the world, we co-create a formula for deep evolution.

Through this training, we receive tools to increase awareness and harness our hidden powers while developing subtle expression, communication and energy. Through a combination of rigorous physical practice and discipline fused with exploration of subtle realms within the inner landscape, we deepen our feminine powers.

We cultivate softness and strength, we cleanse the heart and we strengthen the body. We receive benefits of regular devotional commitment and practice. Through the unique fusion of structured improvisation with precise physical training, we enter into a collective experience of awareness, pleasure and fully expressed divine womanhood. We taste the exquisite possibilities of what life on earth could look like as we open to our untapped potential within. We free and activate the body, receiving important forgotten tools from the past, while experiencing an evolutionary system which addresses contemporary needs of women in today’s world.

The intention of this immersion is to empower women in body, heart, voice and spirit to become powerful vessels of divine expression.

“The vision beneath this offering is to support women in coming into their deepest power.  Women-only containers provide a very strong place to grow, heal and evolve in an atmosphere of deep safety. ”

About Zola

Zola Dubnikova is an internationally recognized ritual artist and facilitator bridging movement medicine, feminine alchemy, sacred dance, contemporary body science, pleasurable embodiment, temple arts, vocal activation, womb healing and somatic awareness through her unique curriculum, known as the Holistic Dance Language. Coined “the art of reincarnating in the same body ” this system supports women in reconnecting with the inherent wisdom of their bodies and stepping into their deepest powers. Trained extensively in contemporary dance,  dances of the Silk Road, the gypsy trails & beyond, educated in the field of psycho-somatic/healing arts, initiated into Odissi Temple Dance lineage, Sufi tradition, Mevlana whirling practices and Taoist-tantric practice, her approach brings forth ancient wisdom through a holistic lens to open the gate for a massive feminine uprising and human revolution. Her extensive background, infused with her devotion to authentic, ecstatic embodiment, has given birth to a new lineage, designed to support contemporary needs of women today. With invitations across the world, Zola tours extensively to give seminars, offer retreats, perform and guide collective experiences, while running her online school and facilitating intensive trainings through the School of Mystery, Sacred Dance & Feminine Arts. She is an author, currently completing her first book, a recording artist with a series of published music-meditation tracks and a devoted mother to her beloved teenage daughter.

About Holistic Dance Language

Zola’s work is deeply informed by years of immersion into cultural traditional dance forms, yet all of her offerings contain a language beyond culture and time ~ Pleasurable embodiment, diverse physicality, subtle body language, ritual movement and inner alchemy are the main elements of the holistic dance language curriculum.

Informed by ancient tradition, seeped in contemporary somatic/body science, infused with movement medicine and immersed in sacred dance inspired across time and worlds, the practices revive our hidden (forgotten) abilities, creating pathways of remembrance in the body.

Through these practices, we have the power of complete metamorphosis and enhanced communication at our fingertips. The earth-based foundational work guides us to trust the ground beneath us more, deepen our roots and “fly” from a supported place.

Connecting to our pelvis, to the earth and to our voice gives us deeper roots. Connecting to the heart, we open the sky. Through the work we access deep softness, grace and potent strength. We release blocked energy, and build inner power. We learn a unique vocabulary of movement, mudra and subtle energetic principles.

Through a combination of slowed inner listening, breath/sound work, focused practice, and liberating trance-inducing movement, we bring our prayers to the physical world, planting the seeds of our dreams, our deepest missions, within every cell of our bodies.

Connecting to our pelvis, to the earth and to our voice gives us deeper roots. Connecting to the heart, we open the sky.

TESTIMONIALS

FROM PAST TRAININGS

“I am just deeply dedicated to practice and in awe how since finishing the 6-week training, they take me deeper day by day by day.  Thank you, Zola, from the bottom of my heart for your transmission and embodiment and just being a breathing inspiration.

Valerie Caspary, Germany

“I just woke up with the most profound experience, feeling as if I was in another dimension. I wanted to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the incredible experiences I’ve had at the Mystery School and through holistic dance. Your teachings have profoundly impacted me already, and I feel so humbled and honored to be part of this journey. You are a truly special soul, and what you do for humanity is nothing short of remarkable. I want you to know just how much I love you with my whole heart. You have a Persian sister who would do anything for you, regardless of the distance between us. These past three years have been some of the most amazing yet painful years of my life. It feels like I’ve been on a boot camp of growth and discovery. Being with you is like connecting to the main source of divine love and sacred energy. Thank you for being a vital presence on this earth and for humanity. Your light and love are so important to all of us, reminding us of the extraordinary potential within us.I’ve prayed for your beautiful soul, and I wanted to share these feelings with you to remind you how truly impactful you are in the world. I love you sooooo much!!!”

Laya Zare (Iran)

“The whole training was an immense gift to me. All of it. Being in the temple was a “aha” moment in and of itself for me… it was magical – the altars, music, smells… I felt the presence of the divine, our divine self, each others’. It felt organic and mysterious. I felt in my true home. I loved all the practices. They allowed different aspects of myself to reveal themselves.

This training touched so many parts of me. I am physically stronger and trust in my body’s innate capacity to heal (I have been dealing with body pains for 5 year and feel good now). I am now much more in touch with my feminine side and my spirituality, I feel a deeper connection and love for the divine, the elements, the earth, humanity, the Mystery, all that is alive, the cosmic powers…  Prior to the training I was stuck in many aspects of my life: my work, my relationship, my creativity. Can I say that I am transformed? Maybe more that I have return to my true self: playfyll, curious, more vibrant. I have more trust in myself! My love for dance and movement has returned after a period of stagnation. I feel the shift in my intention as a teache/leader. I am inspired by Zola’s teaching and work, the wonderful women I met, and the community. I believe I will be living a more authentic life. I am taking home a new commitment to myself, new practices that include the nurturing of my feminine, altar making, prayers, different ways to meditate, I could have used another month of this glorious training. Considering the amount of material we received this was not very long.”

Dorothee Vandewalle (Belgium, USA)

 Stories from participants…

There were so many shifts I experienced during our training. Early on the practices unleashed a flood of high octave, coherent waves of divine love.  They moved through my nervous system, activated deeper  compassion, pleasure, vulnerability and receptivity in my field.  I was wept and laughed open with tears of pure love, my spine undulating, heart expanding, and life force energy flowing.  My body was literally vibrating, trembling, shimmering…though it was subtle, it felt profound.  And I was left humbly heightened and shifted.

This happened to me several times-and each time, I kept breathing, allowing and reminding myself to surrender and allow, not block my channels with thinking or contraction. These experiences changed me- they upregulated me, fortified me to the core, and plugged me into Source and Mystery in a way that then kept me grounded and unwavering in love even through the stressful and challenging times.
Divine Love is the underpinning of everything.  If I can stay plugged into the master frequency of this universal love, compassion and surrender of my will to divine will, I am carried-and lived to the fullest-energized.  This is a life lesson for me that I have been practicing but really kicked into full power in during the training in Thailand. I did my best to be present both during and out of sessions, and savor every moment.  I was very impeccable and purposeful about how I spent my time and energy before and after sessions. It was full on Jedi Training-and I loved it. My roots in the Divine were deepened through our embodied practices and ceremonies.

Under what circumstances would someone not be accepted into the training?

The Temple Arts Training is an initiatory experience, and our intention is to create a deeply safe, committed, and coherent container for everyone involved.

The discovery call helps us determine whether this training is the right fit for the applicant at this particular moment in her life.

Someone may not be accepted if she is primarily looking for a holiday or a casual retreat rather than an immersive training, if she is unable to commit to the full schedule and Temple Agreements, or if we feel that the intensity of the experience may not be supportive for her current emotional or psychological situation. The goal is never to judge or exclude, but to ensure that every woman enters the training when she is most ready to receive it and contribute to the collective field.

Approximately how often does it happen that someone is not accepted after paying the application fee?

The application fee is a new step that we introduced primarily to cover the administrative costs involved in reviewing applications. It also helps ensure that applicants are genuinely interested in joining the training, rather than applying out of curiosity without the intention of participating. Because this is a new process, we don’t yet have statistics on how often someone is not accepted after paying the application fee. In practice, it is quite rare. Most applicants who apply are a good fit for the training.

Where exactly in Goa is the training held?
Is accommodation arranged through your organisation, or do participants book it themselves?

Participants book accomodation themselves

Is it also possible to stay elsewhere nearby, as long as I can attend the daily training?

Yes.

The Temple Arts Training is a non-residential program, so participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. We provide recommendations for nearby places to stay, but you are welcome to choose accommodation that feels right for you, as long as you can attend the training fully and arrive on time each day. We do recommend arriving one or two days early to settle in before the immersion begins.

Could you tell me more about the daily schedule?

Each day weaves together physical practice, ritual, teachings, community, and integration.

Depending on the day, you can expect movement practice, Holistic Dance Language™, somatic awareness, breath and voice work, sacred ritual, partner and group exercises, circle practice, philosophy, and embodied teachings. The schedule is intentionally designed as a progressive journey, with each day building upon the previous one. While there is a structure, Zola also responds to the needs of the group, so the exact flow may shift organically.

Approximately how many training hours are there each day?

The Temple Arts Training is a full-time immersive experience.

Participants should expect full training days with additional time for personal practice, journaling, reflection, or assigned practices outside of class. Rather than thinking of it as attending classes, it’s helpful to think of it as living inside an immersive learning environment for the duration of the training.

What does a typical day look like?

Although each day is unique, a typical day may include:

  • Morning embodiment and movement practice
  • Sacred Dance & Holistic Dance Language™ training
  • Somatic awareness and nervous system practices
  • Voice activation, mudras and mantra
  • Ritual and ceremonial practices
  • Circle work and reflective sharing
  • Teaching sessions exploring the philosophy of the work
  • Integration, journaling, or home practices

Some days may also include silent practice, special initiation ceremonies, or prayer-formances toward the end of the training.

Are there any free afternoons or days during the four weeks for rest, integration or exploring the area?

Yes. The training includes dedicated time for rest, personal practice, journaling, and integration throughout the journey.

While there are opportunities to enjoy the natural beauty and culture of the local area, we encourage participants to come with the intention of fully immersing themselves in the experience. The periods of rest and integration are considered an essential part of the training itself, allowing the teachings to settle deeply into the body and nervous system.

Could you describe the overall intention of the training?

The Temple Arts Training is an initiatory journey into embodied feminine leadership through sacred movement, ritual, voice, somatic awareness, and community.

More than learning movement, it invites women to remember the wisdom of their bodies, cultivate emotional maturity, deepen their relationship with themselves, and embody a way of living rooted in beauty, integrity, devotion, and love.

It is designed not only to teach practices, but to initiate a different way of being.

What is the main transformation or outcome participants usually experience?

Every woman’s journey is unique, and no two experiences are the same. Rather than offering a single outcome, the Temple Arts Training creates the conditions for each woman to reconnect with her own deepest wisdom.

Across many years of trainings, however, certain themes appear again and again in participants’ reflections.

Many women describe:

  • A profound connection to their body and intuition
  • Greater confidence and authentic self-expression
  • Emotional resilience and maturity
  • Deep healing through movement and ritual
  • Increased trust in themselves and in life
  • A renewed sense of purpose
  • Lifelong friendships and a deep sense of sisterhood

Many women leave feeling that they haven’t simply attended a training—they’ve entered a new relationship with themselves and with life.

Is the focus mainly personal transformation, facilitator training, or a combination of both?

The primary focus is personal embodiment and transformation.

Participants learn the Holistic Dance Language™, Temple Arts practices, and the philosophy behind them, but this is not a teacher training.

The emphasis is on living the work yourself before considering sharing it with others. Zola believes in apprenticeship and embodied experience rather than quick certifications.

After completing the training, what are participants generally qualified or prepared to do? Is there any form of certification?

Participants who complete the full training and fulfill all of the attendance and Temple Agreements receive a Certificate of Completion.

However, this certificate does not authorize graduates to teach the Holistic Dance Language™, SOMA rituals, or Temple Arts curriculum.

The training is intended to deepen your own embodiment and personal practice. Over time, through continued dedication, integrity, and apprenticeship, Zola may offer permission for certain students to begin transmitting aspects of the lineage.

Many graduates naturally integrate what they have learned into their existing professions—as therapists, coaches, dancers, yoga teachers, artists, facilitators, or healers—through the way they embody the work, rather than by teaching SOMA practices directly.

Approximately how many women usually participate?

The group size is intentionally kept intimate enough to allow deep connection, personal attention, and a strong sense of community.

What kind of women generally join this training? (Age range, backgrounds, professions, etc.)

Women come from all over the world and from many different walks of life.

Participants have included dancers, therapists, coaches, yoga teachers, artists, entrepreneurs, psychologists, healthcare professionals, mothers, educators, and women with no previous dance experience at all.

The age range is wonderfully diverse, often spanning from women in their late twenties into their sixties and beyond.

What unites them is not age or profession, but a sincere longing for deeper embodiment, authentic community, and meaningful transformation.

Could you perhaps share what makes this four-week intensive fundamentally different from attending one of Zola's shorter retreats or workshops?

This is probably the biggest distinction.

A retreat offers an experience of the work.

The Temple Arts Training offers an initiation into a living lineage.

Over several immersive weeks, participants don’t simply learn practices—they gradually embody an entirely different relationship with themselves, with community, and with the teachings. The extended container allows for profound nervous system regulation, integration, repetition, ritual, and deep personal transformation that simply isn’t possible in a weekend or one-week retreat.

The training also introduces the complete philosophy and structure of the Holistic Dance Language™ within the larger context of the SOMA ▽ School of Mystery, Sacred Dance & Feminine Alchemy™, inviting participants into a path that can continue unfolding long after the training ends.
