When we do the practices of this work together on a daily basis, we begin to feel a new way of life emerging from which we would never wish to return. Combined with dietary awareness, sustainable lifestyle, strong physical practice, transformative spiritual discipline, and supported by a hand-selected core support team, within a circle of powerful women gathered from around the world, we co-create a recipe for deep evolution.
Through this training, we receive tools to increase awareness and harness our hidden powers while developing subtle expression, communication and energy. Through a combination of rigorous physical practice and discipline fused with exploration of subtle realms within the inner landscape, we deepen our feminine powers. We cultivate softness and strength, we cleanse the heart and we strengthen the body. We receive benefits of regular devotional commitment and practice. Through the unique fusion of structured improvisation with precise physical training, we enter into a collective experience of awareness, pleasure and fully expressed divine womanhood. We taste the exquisite possibilities of what life on earth could look like as we open to our untapped potential within. Month-long, 100-hour intensive training in healing aspects, ritual sequences & advanced practices of the Holistic Dance Language & Mystery School Curriculum includes:
– Holistic Dance Language Curriculum daily practices
– Initiation into Sufi-inspired meditation, practice and philosophy

ABOUT THE HOLISTIC DANCE LANGUAGE
Pleasurable embodiment, diverse physicality, subtle body language, ritual movement and inner alchemy are the main elements of the holistic dance language curriculum. Informed by ancient tradition, seeped in contemporary somatic/body science, infused with movement medicine and immersed in sacred dance inspired across time and worlds, the practices revive our hidden (forgotten) abilities, creating pathways of remembrance in the body. Through these practices, we have the power of complete metamorphosis and enhanced communication at our fingertips. The earth-based foundational work guides us to trust the ground beneath us more, deepen our roots and “fly” from a supported place. Connecting to our pelvis, to the earth and to our voice gives us deeper roots. Connecting to the heart, we open the sky. Through the work we access deep softness, grace and potent strength. We release blocked energy and build inner power. We learn a unique vocabulary of movement, mudra and subtle energetic principles. Through a combination of slowed inner listening, breath/sound work, focused practice, and liberating trance-inducing movement, we bring our prayers to the physical world, planting the seeds of our dreams, our deepest missions, within every cell of our bodies.
ABOUT ZOLA DUBNIKOVA
Zola bridges sacred dance, movement medicine, contemporary body science, masterful form, somatic awareness and ritual through her unique approach which she calls the “Holistic Dance Language.” Her extensive background fused with absolute devotion to the pursuit of dance as an ecstatic, spiritual experience, has birthed a unique style of both teaching & performing – which truly embodies the marriage between form and spirit. Trained extensively in contemporary dance forms and healing arts as well as Odissi Temple Dance Tradition, Sufi tradition, Mevlana whirling practices, Dances of the Silk Road, the gypsy trails and beyond, her style brings forth the wisdom of ancient dance ritual through a holistic lense intended to guide more people in accessing their divine capabilities. Zola offers intensive immersions, training and retreat experiences, traveling often throughout the world to share her work, as well as ongoing online courses.
TRAINING

Monday 15th January – Friday 9th February 2023
There will be a flexible schedule within the month-long training with some afternoons off as well as weekends during the training for rest, integration and making the most of the island.
We have limited spaces, so students who feel the call to participate are encouraged to apply soon.
We offer certificates upon completion of the full mystery school program for those students who fulfill all requirements.

ABOUT THE VENUE
We are very blessed to run our training at the exquisite Rasaruna Life Centre, a center that boasts clean air and nature in its most pristine state.
In the Heart of the jungle of Koh Phangan, a central location just a few minutes drive from the beaches and amongst the infamous Sri Thanu area; a conscious community region of the island where a plethora of events and activities take place on our doorstep.
Rasaruna offers a true jungle immersion experience and an epic dance dome. The center is also home to a sound temple, outdoor kitchen, firepit and ample space within the jungle to walk around.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is NOT included in the course fee and the course is non-residential.
The participants are responsible to find their own accommodation in the area nearby. Our support team are happy to give guidelines based on their experience about the best possible way to find a house in the area and also have local contacts in Koh Phangan.
All detailed information will be provided to the students who sign up.
TRAVEL
Travel is NOT included in the course fee and participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
By Plane: The most direct way to get to Koh Phangan is by plane from Bangkok, to the neighboring island of Koh Samui. From there, a boat/ferry can be taken to Thong Sala, Koh Phangan which run on a regular basis.
By Ferry: From the mainland of Thailand, ferries arrive at Thong Sala, Koh Phangan from Surat Thani/Donsak directly or via Koh Samui and take around 2.5hours.
From Thong Sala Pier, Koh Phangan: It is possible to get a taxi/truck to your accommodation.
